1. Overview

Weather Deliverance is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what limited personal information we collect, how it is used, and how you can request its deletion. The Service collects the minimum information necessary to operate.

2. Information We Collect

The only personal information collected by the Service is your phone number. This is collected at the time of registration with your explicit consent.

The Service also logs inbound message content (the commands you send) and outbound message content (the weather data responses sent back) for operational and debugging purposes. Logs are not shared with any third party.

We do not collect names, email addresses, location data, device identifiers, or any other personal information beyond the phone number required to operate the SMS service.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your phone number is used solely to:

• Verify that your number is registered before responding to a command
• Send SMS responses to commands you initiate
• Send the one-time opt-in confirmation message at registration
• Send the one-time opt-out confirmation if you reply STOP

Your phone number and message history are never used for marketing, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond the functional operation of the Service.

4. Data Sharing

Your phone number and message logs are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for any purpose.

The Service uses Twilioas its SMS delivery infrastructure. Phone numbers and message content are transmitted through Twilio's platform to deliver SMS. Twilio's privacy policy governs their handling of that data. No other third parties have access to your information.

5. Data Retention

Your phone number remains in the system until you opt out or request deletion. Message logs may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes, after which they are deleted.

6. Your Rights & Deletion Requests

You have the right to request deletion of your phone number and any associated message logs from the Service at any time. To do so:

• Text STOP to the service number — this immediately removes you from the registered user list and stops all messages
• Email harryhamlin@gmail.com to request complete deletion of your number and log history

Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

7. Security

Phone numbers are stored in a private database with access limited to the service operator. The database is not publicly accessible. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has registered with the Service, contact us for immediate removal.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
